What Is Alexa (and What’s the Best Alexa Speaker)?

Alexa is the voice-controlled Amazon assistant that turns words into actions. If you’re looking for the best Alexa smart speaker for music, queries, and smart-home control, the latest Amazon Echo is the one to get. It answers most questions, controls most smart-home devices, plays your music on request, and works with all Alexa platform updates. The third-generation Echo gets a slight audio boost over any Echo speaker released so far but costs the same as previous models (and goes on sale all the time).

The wire cutter

Image
At Wirecutter, we’re as curious as everyone else about the things that take over our social media feeds and promise life-changing results with a tap of the screen. The latest irresistible trend to come our way is the Pillow Cube , a square foam pillow for side-sleepers. And we wanted to see how it compared to the scores of pillows we’ve tested in our bed pillow and memory-foam pillow guides . We bought two Pillow Cube Pros to try, and we reached out with questions to two physiatrists: Dr. Akhil Chhatre , director of spine rehabilitation at Johns Hopkins  in Baltimore, and Dr. Jonathan Kirschner (who’s helped us with pillow guides before) of New York City’s Hospital for Special Surgery . from Wirecutter: Reviews for the Real World https://ift.tt/3qtLS35 via the wire cutter
